Acidophilus is one of them, as soon as we are born our bodies begin to gather these types of bacteria's for protection. One way that these micro-floras are transported is through the mothers breast milk, then later through a variety of foods. Acidophilus produces nutrients such as B vitamins, they produce enzymes that aid in the digestion of proteins, carbs, and fats.
