*WARM UPS*
-How-
(1)Feet should be shoulder width apart.
(2)Hand at your side.
(3)Pick up your feet ankle high.
(4)Pump arms simultaneously.
*Warm ups should be approx: 10-15 mins, it gets the heart rate jumping....:)
