"Water Facts 101"

-The human brain is about 85% water. 
-Our bones are between 10 to 15% water.
-Blood is mostly water.
-The muscles contain a lot of water.
-Our bodies are estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water.
-We need water to regulate body temperature.
-Water provide the means for nutrients to travel to our organs and tissues.
-Water also transports oxygen to your cells.
-Water removes waste. 
-Water protects your joints and organs.
"So stay Healthy, Stay Hydrated." 


  1. Dear KCG, Nice post. But some times color combination makes me difficult to read the blog properly. It will add an extra flavor if u choose dark color with light background or vice versa.
