The Benefit of Herbal Tea...Confirmed by U.S. Dept of Agriculture

The USDA funded and confirmed studies done on herbal teas. The study was specifically done on three well known teas and their scientific based health benefits.

Chamomile: along with its known benefits of relaxing the stresses of your day, has also been found to offer an antimicrobial and anti-platelet- clumping action. Peppermint: has shown antimicrobial and antiviral potential, it shows that it has antioxidants, anti tumor actions, and even some anti-allergenic properties. Hisbiscus: has been found to lower blood pressure in a group of pre-hypertensive and mildly hypertensive adults.
