Peppermint: has shown antimicrobial and antiviral potential, it shows that it has antioxidants, anti tumor actions, and even some anti-allergenic properties. Hisbiscus: has been found to lower blood pressure in a group of pre-hypertensive and mildly hypertensive adults.
