More Positives on our Ole' Friend Fiber."

I'm sure we have all heard the positives about our ole' friend fiber.... Well there is more, According to the National Cancer Institute, There were a group of patients followed over a course of nine years. The scientific findings were that the intake of about 30 grams of fiber per day reduced the risk of death from any disease and/or ailment including Cardiovascular, Infectious, and Respiratory diseases. Make sure to get in your fiber my family and friends.
