It doesn't matter if you're 1 or 101, This stretch is meant for you and the whole family! So shake it up a bit and get Fit with the Family!
HOW:
(1) Stand
with feet shoulder width apart.
(2) Bend
the right elbow.
(3) Place
your right hand between your shoulder blades.
(4) Gently
pull the right elbow with the left hand.
(5) Hold
for a count of 10.
(6) Switch
arms and repeat.
