Our Best Postural days, were probably in our adolescences. The older we get the more gravity will pull our bodies downwards, many times causing us to slump over. But, It doesn't have to be this way and it's never to late to train yourself to sit and walk properly.

(2) When standing, you should be able to draw an imaginary straight line from your earlobe through your shoulder, hip, knee and the middle of your ankle.
