Aloe Vera (Uses and Nutrients)

 ALOE VERA  ---Use the pulp from inside of the leaf, it contains beta carotene and several kinds of acids including amino acid

NUTRIENTS:::--- amino acids, calcium, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, C, and E.

USES:::--- Astringent, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, emollient, antiviral. Apply topically--> heals burns, and wounds. It stimulates cell regeneration. When Ingested---> Helps lower cholesterol, reduces inflammation resulting from radiation therapy. Increases blood flow in lower extremities of people with poor circulation, soothes stomach irritation, aids healing, acts as a laxative. Good for AIDS and for skin and digestive disorders.

Precautions*** allergic reactions are rare but can occur...before using test a small amount behind the ear or underarm...if it stings or a rash occurs, do not use it.
*** should NOT be taken internally DURING PREGNANCY.
