Qi Gong is the art of using breathing techniques, concentration and simple movements to treat stress, pain, and elevate vitality along with a number of other elements.

*** In 2004 a study(QI THERAPY a form of Qi gong) was done by the International Journal of Neuroscience on women with PMS, the volunteers were given 9 sessions over the course of 2 menstrual cycles...Qi therapy had a significant positive effect on their pain, water retention and short term; but significant reductions in anxiety and depression.*
