Tried and True: Butter Nut Squash Soup with Pistachios

Butternut Squash is a winter squash that is helpful in reducing inflammation, it is also a great source of beta carotene and helpful with omega 3's! All of these are pluses for the immune system especially in those seasons where respiratory conditions are at it's worse. This is also a great soup for those who suffer with arthritis. This is a all year around soup, It can be eaten warm in the Fall and Winter and cool in the Spring and Summer!

~Moderate B's, C, Fiber, Manganese, Copper, Potassium, Omega 3 and many more!

:::Ingredients::: Fresh Butternut Squash, Hazelnut Milk, Cinnamon Stick, Nutmeg, Honey, Vanilla, and Crushed Pistachios.
