These days; almost any thing you can find in wheat, you can find gluten-free.
Brown rice is a wonderful Alternative... It has great fiber, low glycemic index, and so many vitamins and nutrients.
I have one child who has a mild wheat allergy and little things like this makes everything normal for the whole family, because no one know the difference or cares if its white, wheat, or brown rice... But I do and I have to care, especially when people start to feel sick and I have to care for them.
