Diabetes and Mood Disorders



It is very common to have mood disorders when you have diabetes whether you are diagnosed with type 1 or type 2. So be patient with yourself and your loved ones.

Most times the mood disorders can come from several things.
(I) The Stress of Having Diabetes
(II) The Rise and Fall of Glucose.
(III) The Medication
(IV) The Nerve Pain
(V) The Depletion of Nutrients

You may see or experience:
~Irritability
~Sadness
~Excitability
~Stress
...and so on.

If you experience or see these mood disorders, talk to your doctor and get advice, There is help. Narrowing down what is causing the mood disorder is half the battle, the other half is correcting your health.
